Bridal Boot Camp

Health, fitness and nutrition expert Sarah Connolly for Fit4Anything Fitness Studio in Ballygawley, lets us in on some of her secrets for getting brides wedding and honeymoon ready.

Time to ditch the long distance runs and light weights and train smarter.  When planning a wedding, being organised is a must but don’t forget to schedule in your workout!  Luckily for you, I have it all planned out, just give me 30 minutes a day, ditch the pink dumbbells and pick up something that will get results.  Here’s how it works;

Pick a workout to do each day.  use a comfortable weight and work to your own fitness level.  All you need is a skipping rope, kettlebells, 20-30 minutes and some motivation (anyboody got a wedding coming up???)

If you want an extra challenge record your reps for each exercise and try to beat it the next time your perform the exercise.
