  • The name on the winning ticket must be the person who redeems the prize. The prize is non transferable, not exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
  • All entrants must be over 18, proof of age maybe requested.
  • A deposit of £800 is required in order for the hotel to reserve the Altmore Suite for the day. This will be returned should the guest limit not exceed 100 guests.
  • This offer cannot be used to offset any other products or services within the hotel and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Extras including guest numbers, wine, accommodation, drinks & food will be charged at the normal rate.
  • The winner shall be required to provide identification in the form of a driver’s license or passport and also provide two utility bills with their address on it.
  • All accounts must be settled either on the same day or evening of your function by cash or guaranteed bankers draft. If paying by credit card there will be a 2.5% surcharge added to the total amount outstanding. Please note that personal cheques will not be accepted unless the cheque has been pre authorised by the bank three days prior to the wedding date.
  • The bride and groom agree to be available for any promotional photos, interviews and allow the hotel to use any of their photos and video to be used for future promotional activities or publicity.
  • The winner agrees to be available for press release photography when both parties can agree a suitable time at the hotel.
  • This offer is only available from Monday to Friday and excludes bank holidays.
  • Offer expires strictly on the 28th February 2017.
  • An approximate number of guests are required when the initial booking is made. Final numbers should be advised 48 hours prior to the function and these will be the minimum number charged for on the day.
  • To enjoy your day we recommend that dinner is served no later than 5.30pm, and evening buffet served no later than 10.00pm.
  • No food other than the wedding cake, may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises.
  • The client undertakes to conduct his or her function in an orderly fashion and in full compliance with the rules and directions of the management and responsibility for damage caused by them or guests.
  • We recommend early booking of any bedroom accommodation, which may be required.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse bookings or cancel bookings returning any deposit paid.
  • Confirmation and payment of the deposit will be considered as full agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
  • Minimum number of guests for a weekend wedding apply.
  • The Valley Hotel dose not accept liability for loss or damage to guest’s property throughout the function.
  • Whilst every effort is made to provide you with a firm price at the time of booking we reserve the right to change this price subject to change in the market conditions.
  • No staff members of the Valley Hotel or anyone related to the Williamson family may enter the draw.
  • Prize applicable to any available un-booked wedding dates.
  • In the unlikely event of a business failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • The winning entry will be the first correct entry drawn at random at the Live Draw on Sunday 28th February at The Valley Hotel. It is not a requirement that entrants must be present at said draw to claim the prize. Winner will be contacted by telephone if not present.
  • Competition promoted by North-West News Group, who are in no way liable for the live draw, prize value or delivery of said prize. Entrants and winners are subject to the terms and conditions laid out The Valley Hotel. North-West News Group cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide prizes as specified and all enquiries in reference to such prizes will be referred to the associated companies.
